It's true.
I got an email from my daughter's teacher indicating today is
No Housework Day.
I checked and sure enough every
April 7 is designated as a day to
throw domesticity and dishtowels to the wind.
My question is this:
Why didn't somebody tell me last year?
From now on I'm going to mark it well in advance.
If you Google the holiday you'll find there are lots
of people who have documented lots of ways
to enjoy the day--as if we couldn't already figure it out.
So feel free to neglect the laundry, leave dishes in the sink,
and give your vacuum a holiday as well.
Just remember that if you make a mess today, you'll still have to clean it up tomorrow.
